Description:
Grubenkarspitze is 3002 meter high peak and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 1.9 km east-northeast of peak Wurmtalerkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Taschachhaus, located 4km south. A little further is Plangeroßalm. 4 km southwest from the summit there is glacier Bliggferner, 4 km north-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Wazebachferner.
