Alpelhorn

Description:
Alpelhorn is 2254 meter high peak and is part of the Berchtesgaden Alps. The peak is located on the border between the country of Austria and the country of Germany. The nearest mountain hut is Ingolstädter Haus, located 5km southeast. A bit closer is Waldmühlsäge, which is located 4km to the west. South of the summit is the valley Vorderglemmtal. The peak is located below the ridge Wimbachschneid.
