Ausserrodelkunke is 2690 meter high peak and is part of the Villgraten Mountains. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Patscher Hütte, located 5km north. A little further is bivouac Schießstand Jagdverein St. Jakob. 8 km northwest from the summit there is glacier Lenksteinferner - Vedretta di Sasso Lungo.
