Benn Nock is 1520 meter high peak in the Upper Austrian Prealps. The peak is located 5 km south-southeast from the center of Grünau im Almtal and 9 km south-southwest from the center of Steinbach am Ziehberg and 1.6 km north-northwest of peak Kasberg. The nearest mountain hut is Sepp Huber Hütte, located 0.5km south-southwest. bivouac Almtal Naturwildpark is also relatively close. Southwest of the summit is the valley Rettenbachtal.
