Kasberg

Description:
Kasberg is 1743 meter high peakon which a cross stands and is part of the Upper Austrian Prealps. The peak is located 7 km south-southeast from the center of Grünau im Almtal and 10 km west from the center of Steyrling. The nearest mountain hut is Sepp Huber Hütte, located 1.4km northwest. bivouac Almtal Naturwildpark is also relatively close. The peak is located northeast above the mountain pasture (ehemalige) Schafalm. The peak is located above the valley Röllgraben.
