Description:
Farrenaubühel (Hochberg) is 1287 meter high peak in the Upper Austrian Prealps. The peak is located 3 km southeast from the center of Grünau im Almtal and 7 km south-southwest from the center of Steinbach am Ziehberg and 3 km north-northwest of peak Kasberg. The nearest mountain hut is Hochberghaus, located 0.6km north-northeast. bivouac Almtal Naturwildpark is also relatively close. Southwest of the summit is the valley Rettenbachtal.
