Bolzenberg is 602 meter high peak and is part of the Türnitz Alps. The peak is located 1.6 km south from the center of Oberbergern and 3 km south-southwest from the center of Unterbergern. The nearest mountain hut is Naturparkhaus, located 14km west. Closer is bivouac Adele Hütte, which is located 5km to the west-northwest. Northwest of the summit is the valley Seegraben.
