Description:
Brennteregg is 1927 meter high peak and is part of the Schober Group. The peak is located 3 km south of peak Niederer Prijakt. The nearest mountain hut is Hochschoberhütte, located 4km north. Closer is Kalser Alm, which is located 3km to the east-southeast. Southwest of the summit is the valley Iseltal.
