Burgstein

Description:
Burgstein is 1821 meter high peak and is part of the Bavarian Prealps. The peak is located 0.4 km south of peak Hinteres Sonnwendjoch and east-northeast above the mountain pasture Ehemalige Girgalalm. The nearest mountain hut is Mariandlalm, located 7km east-northeast. Closer is Schmaleggalm, which is located 3km to the southwest. The peak is located west of the valley Thierseetal.
