Description:
Eggerberg is 2280 meter high peak and is part of the Stubai Alps. The peak is located 4 km south-southeast from the center of Trins and 4 km north-northeast from the center of Obernberg am Brenner. The nearest mountain hut is Vallmeritzalm, located 0.9km north-northeast. bivouac AV Wetterschutzhütte is also relatively close. The peak is located jugoeast above the mountain pasture Stolzenalm. South-southeast of the summit is the valley Obernbergtal and jugoeast above the mountain pasture Stolzenalm.
