Falkenstein

Description:
Falkenstein is 726 meter high peakon which a cross stands and is part of the Türnitz Alps. The peak is located 0.8 km east-southeast from the center of Frankenfels and 5 km northwest from the center of Schwarzenbach an der Pielach. The nearest mountain hut is Grüntalkogelhütte, located 5km north. A little further is bivouac Infostand Gemeinde Texing. The peak is located north-northeast of the valley Klausgraben.
