Frastafaller Spitz is 2568 meter high peak and is part of the Verwall Alps. The peak is located 1.4 km east-northeast of peak Tälispitze. The nearest mountain hut is Alpe Gibau, located 4km south-southwest. A little further is bivouac Unterstand Klettergarten Rifa. East of the summit is the valley Schönverwalltal.
