The nearest mountain hut is Fendler Alm, located 1.7km northwest. Even closer is Mahdegg hunting lodge, which is located 1.5km to the east. 7 km east-southeast from the summit there is glacier Madatschferner, 9 km southeast from the summit there is also glacier Wazebachferner. The peak is located in the valley Kaunertal. The peak is located on the ridge Glockenturmkamm.
