Getristeter Stein - Monte Rotto is 2960 meter high peak and is part of the National Park Stelvio. The peak is located in country Italy 1.1 km south-southeast of peak Hasenöhrl - L'Orecchia di Lepre. The nearest mountain hut is Höchsterhütte am Grünsee - Rifugio Canziani al Lago Verde, located 8km southwest. A bit closer is bivouac Jochpfarrer, which is located 5km to the north-northeast. 1.5 km north-northwest from the summit there is glacier Hasenohrferner - Vedretta d'Orecchia, 7 km west-southwest from the summit there is also glacier Soyferner - Vedretta di Soi. South-southeast of the summit is the valley Ultental - Val d'Ultimo.
