Description:
Gläserkogel is 1746 meter high peak and is part of the Mürzsteg Alps. The peak is located 5 km north-northeast from the center of Krampen and 6 km north from the center of Neuberg an der Mürz. The nearest mountain hut is Michlbauerhütte, located 2km southeast. bivouac Notfallhütte is a bit further away. The peak is located jugoeast above the mountain pasture Großbodenalm. Southwest of the summit is the valley Innerer Krampengraben and jugoeast above the mountain pasture Großbodenalm.
