Donnerwand

Description:
Donnerwand is 1799 meter high peakon which a cross stands and is part of the Mürzsteg Alps. The peak is located 6 km north-northeast from the center of Krampen and 7 km north from the center of Neuberg an der Mürz. The nearest mountain hut is Waxenegghütte, located 3km west-northwest. A little further is bivouac Notfallhütte. The peak is located north-northeast above the mountain pasture Großbodenalm. The peak is located northeast of the valley Innerer Krampengraben and north-northeast above the mountain pasture Großbodenalm.
