Hohes Waxenegg

Description:
Hohes Waxenegg is 1647 meter high peak in the Mürzsteg Alps. The peak is located 5 km east from the center of Frein an der Mürz and 7 km north from the center of Krampen. The nearest mountain hut is Waxenegghütte, located 1.1km west-southwest. bivouac Notfallhütte is also relatively close. South of the summit is the valley Innerer Krampengraben.
