Description:
Herzmäuer is 1126 meter high peak and is part of the Mürzsteg Alps. The peak is located in country Austria 5 km east-northeast from the center of Frein an der Mürz and 7 km south from the center of Kernhof. The nearest mountain hut is Waxenegghütte, located 2km south. A little further is Wildalmhütte. The peak is located east-southeast of the valley Saugraben. The peak is located below the ridge Mitterbergschneid.
