Description:
Großer Lanschütz is 2347 meter high peak located in the Lower Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 0.8 km north-northwest of peak Kleiner Lanschütz and south above the mountain pasture Passeggeralm. The nearest mountain hut is Müllnerhütte, located 2km west-southwest. A little further is Obere Pindlalmhütte. The peak is located north of the valley Katschtal.
