Description:
Speiereck is 2411 meter high peak located in the Lower Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 4 km north-northwest from the center of St. Michael im Lungau and 4 km northeast from the center of Oberweißburg. The nearest mountain hut is Speiereckhütte, located 1.8km east. A little further is Obere Pindlalmhütte. The peak is located north of the valley Katschtal.
