Halskogel

Description:
Halskogel is 1390 meter high peak and is part of the Dachstein Mountains. The peak is located 7 km northeast from the center of Neuberg and 8 km north-northeast from the center of Filzmoos and 1.4 km south-southwest of peak Brettkogel. The nearest mountain hut is Hofpürglhütte, located 3km southwest. A little further is Ebenalm. 5 km east-southeast from the summit there is glacier Großer Gosaugletscher. The peak is located north-northwest of the valley Preunegg.
