Description:
Hochglocker is 1590 meter high peak and is part of the Salzburg Slate Alps. The peak is located 2 km north-northwest from the center of Sankt Veit im Pongau and 3 km north-northwest from the center of Schwarzach im Pongau. The nearest mountain hut is Pronebenalm, located 1.6km north. Even closer is Oberhochreitalm, which is located 1.5km to the northwest.
