Hohe Ranach

Description:
Hohe Ranach is 1981 meter high peak with a registration box and a cross and is part of the Lavanttal Alps. The peak is located 3 km north-northeast of peak Kreiskogel and jugoeast above the mountain pasture Mühlbacheralm. The nearest mountain hut is ÖDK-Hütte, located 2km south. A bit closer is Rannachhütte, which is located 1.4km to the east-northeast. South-southwest of the summit is the valley Görtschitztal.
