Description:
Kreiskogel is 2306 meter high peak in the Lavanttal Alps. The peak is located 6 km west-southwest from the center of Katschwald and 6 km west from the center of Mönchegg. The nearest mountain hut is ÖDK-Hütte, located 1.7km east-northeast. A little further is Rannachhütte. 0.6 km south-southeast of the peak there is lake Ochsenlacke. The peak is located north-northeast of the valley Görtschitztal.
