Keesnickelkogel is 2776 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 0.7 km northwest of peak Keeskogel. The nearest mountain hut is Modereggalm, located 4km north. A bit closer is bivouac Ali-Lanti-Biwak, which is located 0.6km to the south. 0.5 km east-southeast from the summit there is glacier Gstößkees, 1.8 km southwest from the summit there is also glacier Kesselkees.
