Kleiner Proles is 883 meter high peak and is part of the Hochschwab Mountains. The peak is located 6 km southwest from the center of Gußwerk and 7 km southwest from the center of Rasing. The nearest mountain hut is Halterhütte, located 4km south-southwest. A little further is Reuschlakenhütte. South-southwest of the summit is the valley Höllgraben.
