Kuhkogel is 978 meter high peak in the Hochschwab Mountains. The peak is located 5 km southwest from the center of Gußwerk and 6 km southwest from the center of Rasing. The nearest mountain hut is Halterhütte, located 5km south-southwest. Closer is Reuschlakenhütte, which is located 4km to the northwest. The peak is located northeast of the valley Höllgraben.
