Anlaufberg is 1422 meter high peak in the Hochschwab Mountains. The peak is located 4 km southwest from the center of Gußwerk and 6 km south-southwest from the center of Rasing. The nearest mountain hut is Halterhütte, located 6km southwest. A bit closer is Farnbodenhütte, which is located 5km to the north. The peak is located northeast of the valley Höllgraben.
