Description:
Krn is 2244 meter high peak located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The peak to which the marked trail leads is located 4 km east-northeast from the center of Drežnica and 4 km east from the center of Drežniške Ravne. The nearest mountain hut is Gomiščkovo Zavetišče na Krnu, located 0.2km southwest. hunting cottage Lovska koča na Polju is also relatively close. North-northeast of the summit is the valley Dolina Lepene.
