Lattersteighöhe is 2264 meter high peak in the Gurktal Alps. The peak is located 3 km north-northeast of peak Großer Speikkofel. The nearest mountain hut is Hoishütte, located 4km east-southeast. Closer is bivouac Schutzhütte Lattersteighöhe, which is located 0.2km to the east-southeast. 6 km west of the peak there is lake Turrachsee. East-northeast of the summit is the valley Metnitztal.
