Description:
Zgartensattel is a saddle at an altitude of 2186 meters and is part of the Gurktal Alps. The saddle is located 2 km north-northwest of peak Großer Speikkofel. The nearest mountain hut is Untere Vastlhütte, located 4km west-southwest. Closer is bivouac Schutzhütte Lattersteighöhe, which is located 1.6km to the east-northeast. 4 km west of the saddle there is lake Turrachsee. East-northeast of the saddle is the valley Metnitztal.
