Description:
Leinikogel is 1170 meter high peak and is part of the Lavanttal Alps. The peak is located 1.9 km south-southeast from the center of Amering and 3 km north from the center of Sankt Peter im Lavanttal. The nearest mountain hut is Weißensteinhütte, located 4km east-northeast. A little further is Gugl Hütte. West-southwest of the summit is the valley Görtschitztal.
