Description:
Mitterwandkragen is 2675 meter high peak and is part of the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 5 km east from the center of Brandberg and 6 km south-southwest from the center of Gmünd and 0.4 km east-southeast of peak Brandberger Kolm. The nearest mountain hut is Kolmhaus, located 3km west. A little further is Karlalm. South of the summit is the valley Zillergrund.
