Description:
Monte Franco / Frankovec is 407 meter high peak. The peak is located 1.0 km south-southwest from the center of Orlek and 1.3 km northeast from the center of Trebiciano / Trebče near the border with Slovenia. The nearest mountain hut is Planinski dom Kokoš, located 6km southeast. A bit closer is bivouac Shepherd’s corbelled hut, which is located 1.4km to the east-southeast. The peak is located north of the valley Val di Longera.
