The peak is located 10 km south-southwest from the center of Vermiglio and 10 km west-northwest from the center of Carisolo and 1.1 km west-southwest of peak Cima Presanella. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Stavèl Francesco Denza, located 3km north. A bit closer is bivouac Bivacco Brigata Orobica, which is located 1.3km to the east. 1.1 km southeast from the summit there is glacier Vedretta di Nardis, 2 km west-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Vedretta Cercen.
