Description:
Nördlicher Polleskogel is 3035 meter high peak in the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 6 km southeast from the center of Plangeross and 7 km west-southwest from the center of Sölden. The nearest mountain hut is Braunschweiger Hütte, located 1.3km southwest. A little further is bivouac Rheinland-Pfalz-Biwak. Northeast from the summit there is glacier Pollesferner, 1.5 km south from the summit there is also glacier Karlesferner. The peak is located above the valley Rettenbachtal.
