Oberer Sießekopf is 1566 meter high peak and is part of the Lechtal Alps. The peak is located 4 km east of peak Rauchberg. The nearest mountain hut is Nassereither Alm (Muthenaualm), located 5km north-northeast. A bit closer is Gafleintal Hütte, which is located 0.9km to the west. 7 km north-northeast of the peak there is lake Blindsee. North-northwest of the summit is the valley Tegestal.
