Description:
Ölgrubenkopf is 3357 meter high peak and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 12 km southwest of Plangeross and 12 km west-northwest of Vent. The nearest mountain hut is Gepatschhaus, located 3km west. A little further is Watzeberg hunting lodge. 1.3 km north-northeast from the summit there is glacier Bliggferner, 7 km east-southeast from the summit there is also glacier Mitterkarferner.
