Opferstock is 2327 meter high peak located in the Lower Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 10 km north-northwest from the center of Moos and 10 km north-northeast from the center of Lessach. The nearest mountain hut is Moarhütte, located 4km south. Closer is Jagdhütte, which is located 1.5km to the northwest. Southeast of the summit is the valley Rantengraben.
