Pfaffenkogel is 3366 meter high peak with a cross in the Stubai Alps. The peak is located 0.7 km west-northwest of peak Zuckerhütl. The nearest mountain hut is Hildesheimer Hütte, located 2km west. A little further is Winterraum. 0.7 km west-southwest from the summit there is glacier Pfaffenferner, 1.6 km southeast from the summit there is also glacier Triebenkarlasferner. South-southwest of the summit is the valley Windachtal.
