The nearest mountain hut is Lodnerhütte - Rifugio Cima Fiammante, located 2km west-northwest. Closer is bivouac Dr.-Eugen-Guido-Lammer-Biwak, which is located 1.9km to the east-northeast. 3 km east-northeast of the peak there is lake Langsee - Lago Lungo. 8 km north-northwest from the summit there is glacier Gurgler Ferner. Southeast of the summit is the valley Vinschgau - Val Venosta.
