The peak is located 5 km south from the center of Schoppernau and 6 km west-northwest from the center of Schröcken and 0.3 km southeast of peak Schöneberg. The nearest mountain hut is Biberacher Hütte, located 1.6km southeast. And Litehütte (Jagdhütte) is also close by. Southwest of the summit is the valley Great Walser Valley.
