Schartlkopf is 2810 meter high peak and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located in country Austria 5 km east from the center of Nauders and 8 km east-northeast from the center of Martina. The nearest mountain hut is Nauderer (Ski-)Hütte, located 3km south-southwest. A little further is bivouac Labaun Hochleger. The peak is located east of the valley Oberinntal.
