Schlieferspitze is 3290 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 5 km northwest of peak Hinterer Maurerkeeskopf. The nearest mountain hut is Kürsingerhütte, located 4km east. A little further is bivouac Neugersdorfer Hütte. 0.6 km west-northwest from the summit there is glacier Westlicher Jaidbachkees, 0.6 km south-southeast from the summit there is also glacier Westlicher Sonntagskees. The peak is located east-northeast of the valley Krimmler Achental.
