Description:
Hintere Sonntagsköpfe is 3136 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 12 km north-northwest of Hinterbichl and 14 km south-southeast of Krimml. The nearest mountain hut is Warnsdorfer Hütte, located 2km south-southwest. A little further is bivouac Neugersdorfer Hütte. 0.6 km north-northeast from the summit there is glacier Östlicher Sonntagskees, 1.9 km southeast from the summit there is also glacier Krimmlertörlkees. West-southwest of the summit is the valley Krimmler Achental.
