Description:
Schober is 973 meter high peak and is part of the Türnitz Alps. The peak is located 4 km west-northwest from the center of Außerfahrafeld and 4 km northwest from the center of Lehenrotte. The nearest mountain hut is Otto-Kandler-Haus, located 1.7km west-southwest. bivouac Schrambach Bahnhof is also relatively close. The peak is located west of the valley Hölltal.
