Description:
Škrlatica is 2740 meter high peak with a cross and a summit register located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The peak is located 6 km south-southwest from the center of Gozd Martuljek and 7 km south-southeast from the center of Kranjska Gora. The nearest mountain hut is Koča v Krnici, located 3km west. Closer is bivouac Bivak I v Veliki Dnini, which is located 0.9km to the north-northwest. The peak to which the marked path leads is located above the valley Vrata.
