Starmaz

Description:
Starmaz is 1332 meter high peak located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The peak to which the marked trail leads is located 4 km north from the center of Montemaggiore / Brezje and 4 km north-northeast from the center of Cornappo / Karnahta and 4 km south-southwest of peak Monte Chila and south above the mountain pasture Casera Starmaz. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio A.N.A. Monteaperta, located 1.5km southwest. bivouac Ricovero Casera Caal is a bit further away. East-northeast of the summit is the valley Krnica.
