Breški Jalovec or in Italian Punta di Montemaggiore is 1613 meters high mountain, which is situated above the source of river Nadiža, namely on the Italian side of the longest ridge in Julian Alps. From the top, on which there is an inscription box, a nice view opens up on Adriatic Sea, foothills of Julian Alps, western and the main Julian Alps, and in good weather, the view reaches all the way to Dolomites.
