Stieregg - Cresta del Toro is 2839 meter high peak and is part of the National Park Stelvio. The peak is located 4 km southeast from the center of Stilfserbrücke - Ponte Stelvio and 5 km north from the center of Sulden - Solda. The nearest mountain hut is Düsseldorfer Hütte (Zaytalhütte) - Rifugio Serristori, located 3km southeast. A bit closer is Gampenalm - Malga Gampen, which is located 2km to the north. 5 km east-southeast from the summit there is glacier Ofenwandferner/Vedretta del Forno, 6 km southeast from the summit there is also glacier Rosimferner - Vedretta di Rosim. Southwest of the summit is the valley Suldental.
